Not glamorous by any stretch of the imagination.
Often a last minute, rushed affair.
Clear, concise documentation and training though can very well be one of the jewels that leverages the value of a project implementation or that sustains the value of existing processes and procedures.
Thomas has five years experience teaching at a university, is the co-author of a two volume Introduction to Legal English, has created printed documentation galore, and has used video both as an supplemental aid and as a primary source of documentation and training.
